Terms of Use

By accessing or using ExoIntelli you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms do not use the service.

ExoIntelli is operated by BFRTech Pty Ltd (ABN: 69663109448).

ExoIntelli is a software-as-a-service platform that extracts scope of works from construction and design drawing packages using artificial intelligence.

The service includes scope extraction, cost estimation tools, and document export.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

You must be 18 years or older to use ExoIntelli.

ExoIntelli is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is shown on the pricing page.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. GST of 10% is added at checkout for Australian customers.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are provided for partial periods.

Free trial terms: New users receive a 7-day free trial or 2 extraction jobs, whichever occurs first. Only one free trial per user.

You agree not to:

Upload drawings or documents you do not have the right to process.

Use ExoIntelli for any unlawful purpose.

Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service.

Share your account credentials with others.

Use the service to process classified or government-restricted documents without appropriate authorisation.

Attempt to circumvent subscription limits or trial restrictions.

ExoIntelli and all related technology, software, and content are owned by BFRTech Pty Ltd.

You retain ownership of all drawing files and documents you upload.

You retain ownership of all extraction results generated from your documents.

You grant BFRTech Pty Ltd a limited licence to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We treat all drawing packages and documents you upload as confidential.

Your PDF files are deleted immediately after extraction and are never shared with third parties.

Only extracted text (not your original documents) is processed by AI systems.

ExoIntelli uses artificial intelligence to extract scope information from drawings.

Extraction results are provided as-is and should be reviewed by a qualified estimator before use in commercial quotations or tenders.

BFRTech Pty Ltd does not warrant that extraction results are complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

You are responsible for verifying all extracted scope items before relying on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, BFRTech Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ExoIntelli.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months prior to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts the service with reasonable notice.

We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party services including Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, or Anthropic.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms of Use.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@bfrtech.com.au.

On termination your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time.

We will notify you of significant changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
