ExoIntelli ("we", "our", "us") is operated by BFRTech Pty Ltd (ABN: 69663109448). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use ExoIntelli at exointelli.bfrtech.com.au.

Account information: When you create an account we collect your email address and any profile information you provide.

Usage data: We collect information about how you use ExoIntelli including jobs created, pages processed, and features used.

Payment information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details. We receive subscription status and billing history from Stripe.

Drawing packages: PDF files you upload are processed on our servers to extract scope information. Your PDF is permanently deleted from our servers immediately after text extraction is complete. We do not store, review, or use your drawing files for any purpose other than extraction.

To provide and operate the ExoIntelli service.

To process payments and manage subscriptions.

To send service-related communications including account confirmations and receipts.

To improve and develop our service.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

ExoIntelli uses the Anthropic Claude API to analyse extracted text from your drawings. Only text extracted from your drawings is sent to the Claude API — your original PDF is never transmitted to Anthropic or any other AI provider.

We use the Claude enterprise API which means your data is not used to train Anthropic's AI models.

Your account data and extraction results are stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database platform hosted in the United States.

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.

Access to your data is restricted to authenticated users only through Row Level Security policies.

Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion.

Extraction results: Retained in your account until you delete them or close your account.

Drawing files: Deleted immediately after extraction — we retain no copies.

Payment records: Retained as required by Australian tax law (7 years).

You have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.

Correct inaccurate personal information.

Delete your account and associated data.

Export your extraction data.

Opt out of non-essential communications.

ExoIntelli uses essential cookies for authentication and session management.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings but this may affect functionality.

We use these third-party services:

Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)

Supabase — database and authentication

Anthropic — AI text analysis (claude enterprise API)

Vercel — frontend hosting

Railway — backend hosting

Each service has its own privacy policy.

BFRTech Pty Ltd complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

If you have a privacy complaint contact us at privacy@bfrtech.com.au. If we cannot resolve your complaint you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

We will notify you of significant changes by email or by a notice in the app.

Continued use of ExoIntelli after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
